Our ‘dressing, staging, and styling’ service makes every one of our properties stand out from the crowd in a saturated lettings market, while the high-quality finishes and attention to detail we provide enable us to significantly increase our rental yields on each property.
All AmLeCo Design Complete projects are led by designer Amy Corner.
With almost a decade of experience in the design industry, Amy is responsible for every aspect of the design process from the initial concept to the final little touches which make each of our properties unique.
Starting with a conceptual moodboard or 3D interactive visual, Amy then works closely with our team of recommended builders, joiners, decorators and electricians to ensure that her plans are executed to the highest possible standard.
Amy also works closely with the rest of the lettings team to create designs which reflect the appeal of the local area. This makes our properties as attractive as possible for prospective tenants.
Practicality is important, too. Not only do our designs look good, but they’re also created with the everyday comfort of tenants in mind.
